Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and property management staff in a timely and professional manner paint, clean, landscaping, plumbing etc. basic hand tools (screwdriver set, wrenches, hammer, utility knife), cordless tools preferred (Drill, Impact most important) M-F 9am-3:30pm
