The University of Minnesota/CentraCare St. Cloud Family Medicine Residency program is seeking a Part-Time Outpatient Precepting Faculty Physician who enjoys teaching residents in a collaborative, ambulatory care environment. This flexible opportunity allows you to combine outpatient precepting with your own clinical practice while making a meaningful impact on the next generation of family physicians.

Position Overview:

• Ambulatory Focus: Supervise and teach residents in our outpatient family medicine clinic.

• Precepting Residents: Engage in teaching and guiding residents during their clinic sessions, helping them develop strong skills in continuity care and primary care management.

• Flexible Clinical Practice: Maintain your own clinical practice elsewhere or join CentraCare clinics.

• Optional Opportunities: May include inpatient and/or maternity call, if desired.

About Our Program:

• Fully accredited community-based residency program since 1996

• 18 residents (6-6-6)

• Emphasis on full-spectrum family medicine, including inpatient, outpatient, maternity care, and more

• Collaboration with Willmar Rural Training Program

• Supportive environment with a well-rounded faculty

• State-of-the-art hospital and outpatient clinic

• Call is about 1:8

• DOs highly encouraged to apply

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $75,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience

• Salary range:   $75,000 - $86,250 per year

• Salary and salary range are based on a 0.25 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
