The Digital Marketing Specialist owns the day-to-day digital experience—keeping our website fresh, our content relevant, and our online presence working as hard as we do. This role blends creativity, technology, marketing, and data. You’ll manage website content and updates, create and launch digital campaigns, dig into user behavior, build SEO strategies, and use data to figure out what’s working—and what needs to change.**This position is in-person located in our Edgerton, MN store.

Essential Duties:

Own the website. Manage updates, content, campaigns, and ongoing improvements to keep the site accurate, relevant, and engaging.

Develop and manage digital content that connects with our audience and supports business goals.

Analyze how people move through the website and identify opportunities to make their experience better—and more effective.

Use Google Analytics to understand traffic, user behavior, and what’s driving results.

Use Google Search Console to identify and troubleshoot technical issues impacting search performance.

Leverage tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Ads to improve tracking, targeting, and campaign performance.
-
Develop and execute SEO strategies that improve organic rankings and bring more qualified traffic to the site.

Use AI-powered tools to speed up content creation, improve campaign efficiency, and uncover better insights.

Take on special projects and find new ways to improve our digital presence and marketing results.
Experience:
-
2–5 years of digital marketing experience, including website management, SEO, social media, and paid digital campaigns Hands-on experience managing websites and creating digital content

Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager Strong understanding of SEO strategy and tools

Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create content for a public audience

A data-driven mindset and the ability to turn numbers into action

Strong problem-solving skills, especially when technology decides not to cooperate

Creativity and curiosity—you’re always looking for a better way to engage an audience and improve results

Experience using AI tools to work faster and smarter
