Ridgeleigh LLC.is a 67 acre property in Purchase, NY. We are looking to hire 2 people who are bilingual in English and Spanish. We are based in Purchase, NY. Candidates who have strong practical experience in landscaping, agriculture, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, mechanics, irrigation, construction, and general property maintenance. Responsibilities include: Maintaining 3 homes Maintaining 2 apartments Maintaining greenhouses as well as grounds, lawns, fields, gardens, trees, landscaping, agricultural areas, buildings, fencing, roads, drainage and irrigation systems Operating, maintaining, and repairing tractors, mowers, utility vehicles, small engines, pumps, generators, and other property equipment. Candidate should be comfortable performing carpentry, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, landscaping, and construction work. To apply, please submit your resume to: 1.
