Senior Email Marketing Specialist

This person will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of email campaigns and marketing automation for enterprise clients. This vital marketing role will involve building out promotional calendars, coordinating email creative (working with content and design teams), research and development of target contact lists,and measuring performance of sales and marketing emails. Responsibilities: - Manage email marketing and automation strategy for enterprise clients - Lead team members to assist in the development of email campaigns - Develop effective email marketing strategies - Create, schedule and send marketing emails - Develop campaign automation strategy - Assemble email content components for marketing and sales campaigns - Track and report on company and contact list development and imports - Work with campaign stakeholders to develop target profiles for companies and contacts - Utilize database tools to build and refine target contact lists for campaigns - Work within email platforms to import, tag, segment, and update contacts - Maintain database hygiene - add and edit data, identify and prevent duplication, updating job titles, email address changes, industry, and other record data points - Identify and remove inactive contacts and spam contacts - Assess and categorize new inbound prospects for classification
