Pre- Construction Supervisor Division: Nucor Insulated Panel Group Location: Waterloo, IN; Lewisville, TX; Brigham City, UT (one in each location) Basic Job Functions: Build and develop the Pre-Construction team, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, expectations, and career development paths. Manage team workload, resource allocation, and performance to ensure exceptional customer support and responsiveness. Provide leadership and accountability for customer experience initiatives across project development, estimating, technical services, and customer support functions. Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other functional teams to align Customer Solutions activities with commercial objectives. Drive a culture focused on Speed, Expertise, Reliability, Value, and Engagement in all customer interactions. Support early project engagement efforts by helping customers with budgeting, technical consultation, value engineering, constructability reviews, and project development. Drive continuous improvement in customer experience, value creation, and relationship gro wth through effective communication, responsiveness, and customer engagement. Assist the Sales Manager in leading commercial activities and providing leadership support as needed. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Minimum Qualifications: Five years' experience in Estimating, Pre-Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Willing and able to travel as business needs require. Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, estimating, scope development, and project delivery processes. Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team Success in leading customer-facing teams. Demonstrated success improving customer satisfaction, responsiveness, or customer engagement.
