We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Rental Agent | Loaner Vehicle Coordinator to join our Service Department.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate rental and loaner vehicles for Service Department guests.

• Assist customers with vehicle check-in, check-out, and rental agreements.

• Explain rental policies, vehicle features, and return procedures.

• Inspect vehicles, document mileage, fuel levels, and any damage.

• Maintain accurate rental records and vehicle availability.

• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a seamless guest

experience.

• Deliver the exceptional level of service our Land Rover guests expect.

What We're Looking For:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

• Professional, friendly, and polished demeanor.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-focused.

• Previous rental, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus, but not

required.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
