What You Will Do:
Support Guidehouse’s public sector teams throughout the contract lifecycle.
Responsibilities Include:
-
Assist the Guidehouse US Government Contracts and the public sector teams with contract administration from cradle to grave including preparing and reviewing documents like Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Requests for Proposal (RFP).

Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
-
Participate in negotiations with existing or prospective clients to establish terms and conditions for assigned contracts.

Effectively communicate issues and propose solution(s) for contractual challenges.
-
Participate in proposal preparation as a member of the team with special emphasis on reviewing contract terms for risks and compliance.

Process contract awards, modifications, and close out of US Government contracts and subcontracts with external and internal customers.

Monitor and track upcoming contractual actions and deadlines.

Maintain contractual documentation for applicable Guidehouse agreements in various internal databases.
What You Will Need:
-
Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

2-4 years of experience as a contracts professional in the Federal government marketplace preferred.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
-
Experience in contract administration;
-
Experience working with Federal Government contracts;
-
Great organization and writing skills; and
-
Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
