• Salary: $74,128 - $92,660 plus annual target bonus

• Preferred experience with:

• Snowflake and PowerBI, including data validation, dashboard analysis, reporting, and trend identification.

• Administering and optimizing B2B sales platforms, including configuration, workflows, user access, and enhancements.

• Supporting UAT, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for platform changes.

• Business processes, technology systems, and end-to-end data flows, with strong problem solving and communication skills.

Position Responsibilities:

• The Operations Analyst collaborates with Market Unit teams, the Reyes Holdings (RH) Analytics team and the Business Intelligence (BI) team to monitor and drive operational improvement to in- outlet orders.

• Collaborate with Market Unit teams to provide support to daily predictive orders

• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, reporting, and transparency

• Develop and execute use of template operational dashboards and reports

• Support process improvement projects of significant scope and ad-hoc performance analysis as needed

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
