Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a regional HR Partner in central and eastern PA. Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Partner to join our team supporting multiple branch locations (approximately 10) across central and eastern Pennsylvania.This role will provide the opportunity to do a variety of tactical and strategic work in an environment that encourages both independent initiative and collaborative teamwork. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and general managers to influence and execute HR initiatives such as: talent management, succession planning, coaching & feedback, leadership development, and employee engagement and retention plans. You will also play a crucial role supporting managers in employee relations, performance and discipline, conflict resolution, and HR problem solving. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation as an HR Generalist/HR Operations and understands that the business strategy drives the HR strategy. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn the business, understand the challenges, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver meaningful and impactful HR solutions. There will be an ongoing focus on the importance of accurate HR metrics, and how to provide data-driven recommendations that improve the overall employee experience and business performance. Travel approximately 50%, mostly day travel to local branches with occasional travel to visit our headquarters in Murrysville, PA.
