Job Description
Built estimating tools, processes, or cost models from scratch. Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where scope evolves over time. Strong understanding of estimate maturity levels (Conceptual, 30%, 60%, 90%, Final). Experience supporting projects throughout the full lifecycle rather than a single phase.
Skills and Requirements

Experience developing change order estimates, cost forecasts (EACs), variance analysis, and productivity tracking. Strong background in value engineering, cost optimization, and scenario planning. Experience building or improving cost models, estimating tools, databases, or repeatable estimating processes. Ability to work with limited information and evolving project requirements while refining estimates throughout the project lifecycle. Exposure to projects from conceptual planning through construction and closeout. Strong understanding of construction systems including Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Life Safety. Industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, data center, energy, or large-scale CAPEX projects. Change orders, forecasting, benchmarking, cost modeling, and value engineering. Tools such as Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Power BI, Aspen, or advanced Excel modeling.
