Key Accountabilities - Adhere to all MSHA regulatory and company standards {=html} - Must have a Safety-First mindset; leading the way to a safe work environment {=html} - Promote and assist in maintaining a positive work culture {=html} - Demonstrate strong leadership qualities {=html} - Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend component life. {=html} - Identify root causes of recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions. {=html} - Interpret schematics, service manuals, diagnostic software, and onboard monitoring systems. {=html} - Lead major component repowers including engines, transmissions, axles, pumps, and cylinders
