Job Description

Function as a primary Liaison between the project manager, architects and engineers and subcontractors on both interior and exterior renovation projects. Conduct daily walkthroughs to track progress, address field issues and maintain schedule integrity. Estimate project costs and quantity takeoffs to avoid budget overruns. Prepare and submit comprehensive daily reports, inspection logs and compliance documentation to all relevant stakeholders. Identify and address project roadblocks involving subcontractors, Vendors, and client -side issues to ensure project continuity. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any); Construction Engineering and Management is required. Work location: Monmouth Junction, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
