Full job description

Bring Precision to the Certification Process

Help support NGA’s GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC) Program by coordinating the secure, accurate, and consistent delivery of professional certification assessments.

As an Assessment Coordinator, you will support the full assessment lifecycle, from scheduling examinations and preparing testing materials to coordinating with test takers, testing sites, and exam administrators. You will help ensure assessments are conducted in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs), security requirements, GPC policies, and accreditation standards. You will also manage exam data, maintain certification and accreditation records, safeguard and track testing materials, and respond to questions from candidates and external testing-site administrators. Additional responsibilities may include supporting audits and helping train proctors and other personnel involved in the assessment process. Your attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow established processes will help maintain the integrity and credibility of NGA’s professional certification program.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating people and processes, working with data, and providing clear, professional support to a variety of stakeholders. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by work where accuracy and consistency matter, XTS invites you to help support NGA’s mission and its GEOINT certification program.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to reliably follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Demonstrated experience analyzing processes and providing actionable recommendations to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including providing customer service and clearly conveying instructions to diverse audiences

  • Comfortable delivering public presentations, including reading and explaining 10-to-15-minute proctoring scripts and responding to participant questions

Desired:

  • Experience using Microsoft Access to organize, manage and track records or databases
