Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.00/hr

Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

What’s a typical day as Pick and Pack Worker? You’ll be:

• Accurately picking customer orders and preparing them for shipping or will call support

• Resolving incompatible shipping methods and assisting with outbound processing

• Applying analytic problem-solving skills to inventory and order-picking issues

• Participating in daily cleaning and facility upkeep

• Demonstrating a strong work ethic and adherence to company policies

• Working with urgency, organization, and attention to detail

• Adapting to changes and managing high-stress situations calmly

• Operating Forklift or other Powered Industrial Truck Equipment as needed (no driving responsibilities outside of facility equipment)

• Supporting additional business needs as required

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a general knowledge of electrical products (preferred)

• Can effectively communicate with coworkers to satisfy customer requirements

• Are able to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately

• Can organize and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Are reliable with an excellent attendance record

• Can meet deadlines and work overtime as needed

• Are able to wear steel toe shoes/boots throughout your shift

• Are open to temporary-to-permanent placement
