We're looking for a motivated Brake Press Machinist to help create high-quality metal products using state-of-the-art equipment. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision, and want to be part of a team that gets things done, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
Operate and set up brake press machines to bend and form metal parts
Read blueprints and production drawings
Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
Measure materials using calipers, gauges, and tape measures
Change tooling and make machine adjustments as needed
Work safely while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
What We're Looking For:
Previous brake press or metal fabrication experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux City, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
