Internal Medicine Physician – Outpatient PracticePrime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group Position Overview:Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our established outpatient practice located in Kankakee, Illinois. This is a full-time, employed position with a focus on providing high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Specialties Accepted: Internal Medicine

• Setting: 100% outpatient

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 36 patient-facing hours, 4 hours admin

• No inpatient or hospital call responsibilities• Average patient load: 20-25 patients per day

• Support staff: Experienced clinical and administrative team

• EMR: Epic

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM)

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the State of Illinois

Pay Transparency

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $275,000 - $300,000. on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
