  • Create and maintain network diagrams, configurations, procedures, and technical documentation.

  • Partner with technical teams, customers, vendors, and business stakeholders to plan and implement network solutions.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.

  • 3+ years of experience with load-balancing technologies.

  • Experience supporting multi-vendor network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, VPN appliances, and fiber/copper connectivity.

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Availability for after-hours on-call support and occasional travel.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

  • Based in or able to commute to the San Diego area.

  • Self-motivated with strong ownership and attention to detail.
