Description

Our team is seeking a Remote Sourcer to support hiring efforts for manufacturing roles within the aerospace industry. In this position, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for high-demand production and skilled trade positions. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and experienced in sourcing talent in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Based on general knowledge.

The Remote Sourcer will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and help drive hiring for critical aerospace manufacturing positions. Based on general knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for aerospace manufacturing roles, including assemblers, machinists, CNC operators, inspectors, production technicians, maintenance technicians, and related support positions. Based on general knowledge.

  • Use job boards, resume databases, social media platforms, referrals, and direct outreach to identify qualified talent. Based on general knowledge.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current openings and future hiring needs. Based on general knowledge.

  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening conversations with candidates to assess experience, availability, shift preference, and work authorization. Based on general knowledge.

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and market challenges. Based on general knowledge.

  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system or CRM. Based on general knowledge.

  • Support high-volume hiring initiatives while managing multiple requisitions at once. Based on general knowledge.

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill manufacturing and skilled trade roles. Based on general knowledge.

  • Help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and early screening process. Based on general knowledge.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition. Based on general knowledge.

  • Experience sourcing for manufacturing, production, industrial, skilled trades, or aerospace-related roles preferred. Based on general knowledge.

  • Familiarity with positions such as CNC machinists, assemblers, inspectors, technicians, and other plant or production roles. Based on general knowledge.

  • Strong experience with online sourcing tools, job boards, Boolean search, and candidate outreach methods. Based on general knowledge.

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases. Based on general knowledge.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Based on general knowledge.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage competing priorities effectively. Based on general knowledge.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Based on general knowledge.
