Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with strong AI/Agentic AI experience to build next-generation solutions supporting enterprise Finance operations. This person will join a team focused on developing intelligent agents that can ingest customer and finance data, determine the appropriate resolution, and execute actions across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years working with AI, and is comfortable developing across Python, Java, React.js, AWS, and Oracle technologies. Experience building solutions within Finance environments, particularly Oracle Fusion and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), is highly valuable.

What You'll Do -Design and develop full-stack AI-powered applications and agentic solutions supporting Finance use cases. -Build AI agents that move from customer/case data → decision or resolution → automated action and execution. -Develop agentic capabilities supporting areas such as collections and customer finance operations. -Build backend services and automation using Python and Java, with modern frontend experiences using React.js and Oracle UI technologies. -Integrate AI solutions with enterprise Finance platforms, particularly Oracle Fusion and OIC. -Develop APIs and integrations connecting AI agents with downstream enterprise applications and workflows. -Prototype and deliver AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and MLOps frameworks. -Build scalable cloud-based applications leveraging AWS and/or other major cloud platforms. -Own solutions through development and production, including CI/CD, performance optimization, root-cause analysis, and long-term production support.

Skills and Requirements

-8+ years of software engineering experience, including building complex enterprise applications. -2+ years of hands-on AI engineering experience, including Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, AI deployment, and/or MLOps. -Strong Python development experience, ideally with frameworks such as FastAPI or Django. -Full-stack development experience including React.js. -Experience building AI agents or automated workflows that take data/input, determine a resolution, and trigger downstream actions. -Experience developing and integrating REST APIs/web services and enterprise applications. -Experience with AWS or comparable public cloud environments. -Experience developing solutions within the Finance domain, especially enterprise Finance applications. -Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud. -Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or Oracle UI technologies. -Experience building AI solutions for collections, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Subscription Management, Pricing, or PIM. -Docker and Kubernetes experience. -Experience with Azure, GCP, or Oracle OCI in addition to AWS.
