This high-impact HR Generalist position is laser-focused ondriving cultural transformationto crush goals related to people initiatives, employee relations, and supporting site leadership.The Avon site employs approximately 240 employees in a Union Manufacturing location and is a high visibility site with a large employee population that produces Cool Whip and Lunchables and supports the Maintenance, Operations, and Materials leaders onsite. This position requires an Onsite Presence Monday-Friday and might include some work outside of first shift operating hours. Employee Relations: managing employee relations by investigating, resolving, and communicating employee questions, issues, or concerns MinimumRequirements: 2+Years of Experiencewithin HR supporting hourly employees within a manufacturing environment (preferably a union site) Strong eye for business, project management, and technicalproficiencyin workplace technology and systems (eg.Workday,MS Office Suite,etc) Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key customers influencing through data and insights Excellent organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment Stronganalytical andproblem-solvingskills, leadingchangethrough others.
