  • Develop recovery plans when material, supplier, or production issues threaten program schedules.

  • Communicate schedule impacts, material constraints, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

  • Track planning performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Maintain accurate planning and transactional data within the ERP system.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Planning, Production Planning, Materials Planning, Supply Planning, or a related function.

  • Strong understanding of MRP concepts and manufacturing planning processes.

  • Experience supporting production environments with custom or engineered products.

  • Experience utilizing ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint.

  • Aerospace, defense, electronics, simulation, aviation, or other complex manufacturing experience.

  • Familiarity with engineering drawings, product revisions, and engineering change processes.
