We are hosting a walk-in interview event Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from 9:30 am - 1:00pm
For our School program, Abilities First Education Learning Experience in New Windsor, NY.
The interviews will be held at:
930 Raz Avenue, New Windsor, NY
We are hiring immediately for the following positions:

Teaching Assistants I- Full Time/ On Call / Temporary-NYS TA Certification Required(Salary Range: $18.04 - $20.04)

Teachers’ Aides- Full time/ Part time/ On Call /Temporary-Entry level, a great way to get started!(Salary Range: $17.08 - 19.08)
Full-time Teacher Aides positions are Monday – Friday, 32.5 hours per week for per week, 48 weeks per year.
- This position follows the school calendar (September – June), with a 6-week summer program.

Requirements
Teaching Assistants- Full Time/ Part Time/Temporary -NYS TA Certification Required
Teachers’ Aides - Full Time/Part Time/Temporary/ On Call - Entry level, a great way to get started!
Have the ability to push and pull students in wheelchairs, lift, bend, squat, turn in the knees, pivot and grasp with both hands (in order to properly and safely perform the techniques taught in CPR/First Aid, behavior intervention techniques, and lifting and carrying techniques), with or without a reasonable accommodation.
