This position demands a strong work ethic, great customer service, flexibility, and a willingness to tackle different tasks, including factory work when installations are not scheduled. Key Responsibilities: Extensive Travel: Be on the road most weeks installing wall mats and performing mat repairs, primarily throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, with occasional trips further afield. Return home on weekends. Wall Mat Installation & Repair: Install wall mats and complete on-site mat repairs, adapting to different construction environments and schedules. Home Weekends: Travel during the work week with the expectation of returning home on weekends. Flexible Work Schedule: Be prepared for varying work hours, including extended days when necessary, to meet project demands. Power Tool Proficiency: Use various power tools safely and efficiently during installations and repairs. Precision Measurement: Accurately measure and cut materials for a perfect fit every time. Physical Strength: Regularly lift and handle materials weighing 50-70 lbs. Factory Duties: Support production tasks in the factory when installation projects are not active. High-Quality Work: Maintain superior craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation and repair. Qualifications: 1. Demonstrated experience with power tools and installation work. 2.
