Lead, Harness Engineering & Lab

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Lab Lead to provide technical leadership for aerospace and spaceflight processes. This hands-on role will oversee harness activities, support lab operations, guide engineers ,and ensure compliance with aerospace standards. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in these systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience balancing technical execution, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple programs.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience of progressive experience Experience within the aerospace, defense, or systems sector Hands on experience Project Management experience Management experience and people skills Available to have a flexible schedule Bachelor's degree in a closely related field
