Agentic AI Builder

Job Description

We are seeking an Agentic AI Builder to design and implement intelligent automation solutions that transform a highly manual billing and operational reconciliation process into a scalable, reliable workflow. This role will focus on leveraging AI agents, document intelligence, workflow automation, and exception management to extract information from handwritten and scanned operational documents, reconcile data across multiple sources, identify discrepancies, and prepare billing outputs with human-in-the-loop review where needed. The ideal candidate combines expertise in AI-powered automation, document processing, data integration, workflow orchestration, and business process transformation. Partner with business stakeholders to identify manual processes and design AI-driven automation solutions. Build workflows that extract, validate, and reconcile data from route sheets, attendance records, dispatch logs, rosters, and other operational documents. Develop AI agents and automation logic to identify exceptions, route issues for review, and generate billing-ready outputs. Integrate data across operational, workforce management, payroll, and billing systems to improve accuracy and efficiency. Create dashboards, monitoring, and reporting capabilities to track workflow performance and automation effectiveness. Continuously optimize processes to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and accelerate billing operations.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years building AI-powered automation, workflow automation, or intelligent process automation solutions. Experience with AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools. Experience with document processing technologies including OCR and document intelligence platforms. Strong software development experience in Python or similar languages. Experience building API integrations across business systems. Experience working with structured and unstructured data sources. Experience with handwritten document extraction. Experience building human-in-the-loop AI workflows. Knowledge of billing, invoicing, workforce management, payroll, or operational reconciliation processes. Experience deploying solutions in Azure cloud environments. Exposure to enterprise security, governance, and responsible AI practices. Experience implementing confidence scoring and exception handling frameworks.
