WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Own the monthly preparatory payroll process end to end for our 500+ employees in 8 European countries
  • Proactively kick-off and lead projects that aim for more streamlined, scalable and efficient processes with the focus on employee experience
  • Become a trusted partner and expert within the organization and especially the People Department for payroll matters
  • Be the first point of contact for our employees in all payroll related questions
  • Build a strong and trust-based relationships with our main stakeholder across the organization and partner with functions like finance, audit as well as external partners

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of experience in (preparatory) Payroll in an hyper growth environment
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and procedural skills
  • High attention to detail, solution oriented and advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with diplomacy
  • Ability to work with multiple different stakeholders at the same time
  • Fluent English language skills (German would be a plus)
