Full job description

Live Classroom Support: Main front line Tier 1 support call response, remediation and documentation.Backend Classroom Support: Assist with preparation, installation and inventory of life cycle AV upgrades.Networking Assistance: Assist with local networking infrastructure and devices.Incoming/outgoing deliveries: Assist with the intake and local delivery of device inventory and tracking.Repair/Replace/Maintenance: Assist the AV Team with Tier 2 support, research, repair/replace and maintenance.College of Fine Arts AV Event Support: Assist AV Team with AV set-up, operation and breakdown for college events.Additional DutiesCage reorganizationCCART and Surplus runsAssist SysAdmin with inventoryOperational checklist and Classrooms device wiki updates
