Coordinate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and IT/MES teams to develop and deploy Equipment Interface software and hardware for process, metrology, characterization, and reliability tools.Manage semiconductor equipment SECS/GEM communication and process characterization.Document Equipment Integration requirements and as-built per tool interface.Configure and deploy RMS, FDC, and APC applications.Track Equipment Integration development and deployment in project tracking and code management software.Other related functions as assigned.
