Full job description

Description We are looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to guide brand growth and customer engagement for a manufacturing organization in Eagan, Minnesota. This position will shape integrated marketing programs that connect retail, ecommerce, and direct-to-consumer audiences while strengthening overall market presence. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership in brand development, campaign execution, and performance-driven digital marketing, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and translate business goals into effective marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct brand planning and market positioning across product categories and customer touchpoints to ensure a consistent and compelling presence.

  • Build and execute multi-channel marketing programs that support awareness, engagement, and revenue objectives across online and offline environments.

  • Lead launch planning for new products, coordinating messaging, channel strategy, and execution for retail, ecommerce, and direct sales pathways.

  • Manage campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and social channels, refining tactics to improve reach, response, and conversion.

  • Partner with sales and internal stakeholders to create shopper-focused initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.

  • Oversee digital efforts such as email campaigns, paid social, Google Ads, website promotion, and customer acquisition programs to expand demand and online sales.

  • Guide content development across formats including web copy, social posts, visual assets, product education materials, and campaign storytelling.

  • Supervise external partners and internal marketing resources while keeping projects aligned with timelines, budgets, and brand standards.

  • Analyze campaign performance, engagement trends, and key marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics to inform optimization and investment decisions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • 8 plus years of progressive experience in marketing leadership with emphasis on brand strategy and digital execution.

  • Demonstrated success leading integrated campaigns that support ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, and retail marketing goals.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid social, Google Ads, and web analytics.

  • Experience launching products and managing cross-functional initiatives involving sales, product, and operational teams.

  • Ability to oversee agencies, freelancers, and internal contributors while managing budgets and performance expectations.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media management platforms, and marketing reporting tools such as Google Analytics.

  • Background in consumer-oriented industries such as manufacturing, retail, outdoor, lifestyle, hardware, pet, or related markets is preferred.
