RUBBER EXTRUSION HELPER

JOB DESCRIPTION: RUBBER EXTRUSION HELPER -- 1st -3RD SHIFT Location: Middlefield, OH Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour+1.00 shift Differential Schedule: 1st Shift Monday- Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM 3rd Shift Monday--Thursday, 9:00 PM--7:00 AM ## ## Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, motivated Rubber Extrusion Helper to support production in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will assist machine operators, handle raw materials, inspect finished products, and ensure the production area remains safe and organized. ## ## Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Assist machine operators with equipment and job setups. - Feed raw rubber materials into extrusion machines. - Inspect finished products for quality and defects. - Prepare boxes, package products, and label materials as needed. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. - Operate a forklift as needed to move materials. - Follow all safety procedures and production instructions. - Perform additional duties as assigned. ## Qualifications and Requirements - High school diploma or GED required. - Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. - Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. - Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required. ## ## Work Environment This position is in a rubber manufacturing facility. Employees must be comfortable working in a production environment and following established safety procedures. ## ## Compensation and Benefits - $17.00 per hour. - Temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment.
