Job Description

JOB DUTIES

Monitor compliance with contract documents; perform design reviews; analyze project

schedules; review RFIs and construction change orders; prepare status reports; and analyze

data on a portfolio of projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent, plus 12

months of experience as a Civil Engineer, Project Manager, or equivalent.

Special Skills: Construction Engineering and Management; Project Controls.

WAGE

$102,086 per year.
