Full job description

Collectly (YC W17) builds AI agents for healthcare billing — they verify insurance benefits, estimate what patients will owe, run post-visit billing, and answer patient billing calls and texts 24/7 (that's Billie, our AI agent). 3,000+ healthcare facilities run on us, with 25+ EHR/PM integrations. Our published results: 2–3× more patient payments collected, 12.6-day average days-to-collect, 66% lower cost to collect, 95% patient CSAT, $1B+ in patient revenue managed. I'm Levon, co-founder and CEO. Marketing is the least-built part of our GTM today — and that's the opportunity. You'll report directly to me, own the function end to end, and build it the way a modern company should: AI-native from day one, not a traditional playbook with AI sprinkled on top. What you'll actually do

  • Own marketing end to end — strategy, positioning, demand generation, and the pipeline it produces.
  • Build the AI demand engine: agents that research accounts, score them on intent signals, and launch personalized ABM plays against our ICP of medical groups and specialty practices — built by you, not bought from an agency.
  • Turn customer proof into content that sells: case studies, comparison pages, and the "old way vs. Collectly" story — fixed-cadence statement reminders and portal logins patients ignore, versus a text that opens the actual bill.
  • Inherit a working GTM stack and rebuild it as you see fit. Healthcare experience is not required — we'll teach you the domain. You're probably a fit if you've owned demand gen at a vertical B2B SaaS/AI startup through a growth phase, and you build AI workflows yourself — Clay, Apollo, Claude Code, OpenClaw, custom prompts and agents — as a daily habit, not a slide. You're probably not a fit if your plan starts with hiring an agency and scaling paid spend, or if you want to run a large team from day one: this starts hands-on, in our San Francisco office.
