Production & Forklift Operator – 4-Day Workweek Opportunity
Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, Day Shift
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
We are hiring an experienced Production & Forklift Operator for our client in Fort Fairfield. This client values reliability, teamwork, and safety. This position pays $23.50 per hour and is temp-to-hire , offering a solid opportunity to build experience with a respected organization.

Typical daily duties:

Operate process equipment in all areas, including mixing, wet production, drying, and packaging

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently

Sanitize work areas using HP water hoses, brushes, and cleaning equipment

Follow all company policies and procedures
What we’re looking for:

Prior forklift and production experience

Ability to work safely in a production environment, follow procedures, and work effectively as part of a team.

Previous food production experience preferred
