This is a hands-on role for a technically strong professional who enjoys solving complex data challenges, building scalable data solutions, and turning enterprise data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will have strong experience acrossSnowflake, dbt, Power BI, Python, data modeling, and enterprise data integration. You will be responsible for developing reliable data pipelines, creating enterprise semantic models, automating reporting processes, and delivering executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting. You will also have the opportunity to leverage modern AI-powered development tools, includingSnowflake Cortex, Claude, and OpenAI Codex, to accelerate development, optimize code, troubleshoot data challenges, and improve productivity. This is afull-time, onsite positionbased at our corporate headquarters inDowners Grove, Illinois. Qualifications - Snowflake {=html} - - 4+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, business intelligence, or a related field. - Expert-level experience withSnowflake and advanced SQL optimization. - Extensive experience ingesting structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from multiple enterprise sources. - Strong understanding of Snowflake security, governance, performance optimization, and data-sharing capabilities. - Experience with Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe, and Zero-Copy Cloning. {=html} - dbt & Data Modeling {=html} - - Expert-level experience withdbtfor enterprise data transformation and modeling. - Strong knowledge ofStar Schema and Kimball dimensional modeling. - Experience with incremental models, snapshots/SCDs, Jinja macros, packages, and seeds. - Experience implementing data tests, source freshness monitoring, documentation, and data quality frameworks. - Strong Git experience, including branching, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows. {=html} - Power BI & Analytics {=html} - - Advanced experience developingPower BI dashboards, semantic models, and KPI reporting. - Strong proficiency with complexDAXand advanced filter-context calculations. - Experience developing executive dashboards and paginated reports. - Knowledge of Power BI workspace administration, Premium capacities, deployment pipelines, refresh management, andRow-Level Security (RLS). - Experience troubleshooting and optimizing Power BI performance using Performance Analyzer, DAX Studio, and/or Tabular Editor. {=html} - Python & Automation Advanced Python skills for ETL, data manipulation, automation, and integration.
