Cave Creek RD Phx AZ 85020 Position Summary:\ We are seeking a dependable and compassionateBehavioral Health Technician (BHT) Transporterwho holds a validPeer Support Certificationand an activeArizona Fingerprint Clearance Card. This role includes transporting clients safely and respectfully to appointments and group sessions, as well asfacilitating peer-led support groupsthat promote recovery and wellness. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport clients to and from designated locations. - Facilitate peer support groups focused on recovery, empowerment, and wellness. - Maintain accurate logs for transportation and group attendance. - Support clients in navigating behavioral health services. - Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure continuity of care. Required Qualifications: - CurrentPeer Support Certification(Arizona) - ValidArizona Fingerprint Clearance Card - Clean 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) - Valid driver's license and clean driving history - Eithera currentBHT Certificationora minimum of4 consecutive years of experienceworking as a BHT - Experience in behavioral health or peer support preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive hourly wage - Paid time and fees for required annual trainings - Mileage reimbursement (if applicable) - Supportive and collaborative team environment \ As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment, Sanctuary Recovery Centers conducts background checks and drug screenings for all potential employees.
