As Coordinator Manufacturing, you will help deliver the production plan safely, efficiently, and at standard cost while protecting product quality and food safety. You will lead assigned production teams, strengthen Hershey Lean ways of working, and partner across the plant to improve performance in the Sweetest Place on Earth. * _ _* * What will you do?* * Lead day-to-day production execution to achieve volume and product-mix plans while improving efficiency, OEE2, waste, rework, and overweight performance. * Champion environmental, health, and safety requirements and reinforce a prevention-focused culture across assigned production areas. * Ensure adherence to quality, food-safety, sanitation, and standard operating procedures; identify and correct deviations promptly. * Lead assigned union production employees, including staffing, time and attendance administration, training, operational discipline, and employee development. * Ensure end-of-shift production information is complete and accurate, including finished product, rework, waste, returns, material requirements, overweight, and downtime data. * Apply Hershey Lean practices, including CIL, centerlines, defect handling, and the Autonomous Maintenance pillar, and participate in safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity improvements. * Collaborate with Warehouse, Maintenance, Sanitation, Quality, Planning, Finance, EHS, Engineering, Operational Excellence, Human Resources, corporate teams, and suppliers as applicable. Minimum Requirements Experience: 2+ years as a supervisor or team leader in a manufacturing production environment. Experience in manufacturing support functions such as Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, or Operational Excellence is preferred. * Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Intermediate English proficiency. Knowledge and Skills: Working knowledge of manufacturing systems or methods such as TPM, Lean Management, or Six Sigma; Good Manufacturing Practices; HACCP; industrial safety; and union workforce administration. Demonstrated service leadership, ownership mindset, effective communication, sound decision-making, and interpersonal skills. #LI-JS1 #LI-Onsite #LI-JS1
