- Manage QA department over 3 shifts - Execute training problems - Work closely with customer service, corporate quality, sales and marketing - Excellent problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Auditing experience-internal auditing, customer auditing, regulatory inspection - Experience with continuous improvement - Computer experience-MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and SAP Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following fields: Food Science, Dairy, Chemistry, Biology.
