Forward Deployed Engineer

About Us ClaimSorted helps insurers outsource claims end to end – a service called Third-Party Administration (TPA), a ~$200B industry. We combine a strong in-house claims team with our AI-enabled platform to deliver up to 3× faster claims, better service, and better economics for insurers. Backed by Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo, we’ve raised $15M+ and already manage claims for over $100M in insurance premium across 30+ MGAs, including more than five publicly traded companies. Our goal: scale to $1B and become the most valuable TPA in the market.

The Role

• Engage directly with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executives

• Build and maintain systems that support critical customer operations and fast, reliable onboarding

• Deliver accurate reporting and critical insights for customers and internal teams

• Lead initiatives to improve the platform based on customer insights

Stack: NextJS, NodeJs, GCP, Postgres, Terraform Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering experience

• Excellent communication skills and comfortable being customer-facing

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
