You will bridge the business and the Global Security Office, guiding risk decisions, strengthening controls, and ensuring secure growth.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead project security assessments, rapid risk reviews, risk acceptances, deviations, and remediation planning for new products, enterprise changes, and special programs.

  • Maintain a clear view of BU security risk, control health, metrics, dashboards, OKR's, and SLO's. Escalate or guide action where risk requires attention.

  • Advise on secure data exchange, regulatory and control obligations, security assessments, M&A integration, and major programs in a regulated environment.

  • Communicate threats, incidents, policy changes, and business-specific security requirements to leadership using a threat-informed, business-aligned approach.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, governance workflows, and security partner engagement models across the business.

  • 10+ years of experience in information security, security risk assessment, audit, compliance, technology risk, or related fields.

  • Experience with cybersecurity risk management, control frameworks, and governance practices, including ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, COBIT, and risk lifecycle methodologies.

  • Working knowledge of regulated financial services, FinTech, privacy, and security obligations such as GDPR, CCPA, FFIEC, PCI, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and breach notification requirements.

  • Knowledge across application security, vulnerability management, cloud security, incident response, secure software development, Agile delivery, AI/GenAI risk, and latest technologies.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Relevant Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, or CIPP
