Job Description

Join a team that shapes workplaces at scale. In this role, you’ll partner closely with business leaders and real estate specialists to turn demand into actionable plans—and deliver projects that support how teams work, grow, and move across the Mid-Atlantic region.

As a Real Estate Program Manager, Mid-Atlantic Region (Americas East) in Global Real Estate, you will translate business needs into real estate strategies and own end-to-end execution across a complex portfolio. You’ll serve as a single point of accountability for stakeholders, balancing scope, schedule, and cost while coordinating across design, construction, portfolio, property management, and finance partners. You’ll also collaborate with stakeholders and business finance leaders to align on demand, investment priorities, and reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead real estate strategy and end-to-end program execution for the Mid-Atlantic sub-region in partnership with regional leadership and peer program managers

  • Gather and document business requirements; analyze demand to inform market positioning, site selection, and workplace solutions

  • Own delivery outcomes by managing scope, schedules, milestones, and budgets across multiple concurrent initiatives

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders on project status, risks, decisions, and communications

  • Drive projects through the full lifecycle—planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout

  • Coordinate across real estate functions (design and construction, portfolio management, property management, finance) to ensure integrated delivery

  • Partner with business finance leaders and liaisons to align expectations, space demand, and delivery plans

  • Conduct portfolio and space analysis to evaluate options and accommodate business needs

  • Triage real estate requests and prioritize work to meet tight timelines in a fast-paced environment

  • Plan and execute employee moves (including communications and move-day support) where volume requires

  • Maintain accurate data in space management, capital planning, project management, utilization, and workplace access systems; track occupancy allocations and headcount impacts

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 7+ years experience in real estate or related business management experience, including program/project execution

  • Commercial real estate knowledge, including property metrics and occupancy standards

  • Financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills to evaluate options and support sound decisions

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present to varied audiences

  • Client relationship management capability, with experience building and maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a deadline-driven environment

  • Strong organizational, strategic planning, and technical skills, including accurate data management

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Brokerage, strategy consulting, or property management experience

  • Corporate real estate experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
