We are seeking aField Compliance Technicianto support our vending and micro-market operations through preventative maintenance, equipment preparation, merchandising compliance, and field support. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in keeping equipment and customer locations up to Five Star standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep on vending and breaktime equipment.

• Prepare vending machines and equipment for installations, product changes, and transitions.

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify potential issues or malfunctions.

• Follow company planograms to ensure proper product placement and merchandising.

• Maintain equipment cleanliness, appearance, and operational standards.

• Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels for parts and products.

• Visit customer locations and identify equipment, merchandising, or compliance concerns.

• Build positive relationships with customers and provide professional service.

• Support route and field teams to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment.

• Follow all company safety procedures and DOT requirements.

• Work safely in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.

• Complete additional field and operational responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to safely operate a company box truck or other assigned vehicle.

• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage an assigned schedule.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to repeatedly lift at least 50 pounds.

• Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and move equipment.

• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and occasionally more than 100 pounds.

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

• Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Trade school or technical training.

• Previous vending, equipment maintenance, service technician, or field service experience.

• Experience with preventative maintenance and basic equipment troubleshooting.

• Previous merchandising or planogram experience.
