To be considered for this position, please submit an online application at Employment Homepage | Copper Mountain{rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"} Job Title: F&B Assistant Manager - Sawmill Job Status: Year Round 10 Months Job Summary: Assists Sawmill Manager with overall management of the day to day operations of Sawmill Pizza and Tap House. Works on the floor during open hours, assisting staff wherever needed, touching tables and ensuring guest satisfaction, handling end of day financial reporting and other tasks as assigned. Assistant manager also works with other departments at the res ort to ensure guest satisfaction on private events, resort events/special groups and partnership events.
