Senior Cost Accountant

As a Senior Cost Accountant, you will serve as a key subject-matter expert in cost accounting, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial data. You will manage core cost-accounting processes, contribute specialized expertise to our ERP implementation, and support accurate and compliant financial reporting. Working alongside a collaborative team, you will support those that develop and deliver the high-quality products and innovative solutions that define Envision Technology. Key Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency for Infor implementation. Document costaccounting configurations and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent use postgolive. Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure bill of material (BOM) accuracy, proper cost rollups, and inventory valuation. Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports to support leadership with spend management, business performance insights, and cost control initiatives. Perform month-end responsibilities, including account reconciliations and journal entries. Support Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Functional backup for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to maintain workflow continuity. Ensure adherence to GAAP and ability to maintain compliant processes. Other tasks as assigned.
