Technical Manager - Collision Team

Job Description

We're seeking a Technical Manager to help lead a growing technology team supporting new products and initiatives within the collision and maintenance technology space. This is not a traditional project management role. We're looking for someone who can understand technical challenges, coach teams through obstacles, and help drive successful product delivery. The ideal candidate combines leadership skills with a strong understanding of software development and engineering organizations. What You'll Do

• Lead and support technology teams delivering new products and enhancements
• Partner with Product Owners, engineers, and business stakeholders as well as vendor scrum teams
• Help teams navigate technical and delivery challenges
• Drive execution while maintaining focus on product outcomes
• Support planning, prioritization, and team collaboration
• Provide technical leadership without direct hands-on coding responsibilities
• Ensure teams are aligned on goals, priorities, and successful delivery

Skills and Requirements

• Experience leading software engineering or technical product teams
• Strong understanding of software development and engineering workflows
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience driving projects and teams forward
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience supporting Agile teams
