Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 1:1 Patient Care

Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 nursing care to patients in their homes and/or school settings.
If you’re looking for a nursing opportunity where you can focus on one patient at a time, build a meaningful relationship, and make a difference in their everyday life, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do:

Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care

Care for patients in their home and/or school environment

Follow the patient’s individualized plan of care

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Monitor the patient and communicate any changes or concerns

Complete nursing documentation
-
Help promote the patient’s safety, comfort, and independence
What We’re Looking For:
-
Current LPN license
-
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
-
Dependability and strong communication skills

Ability to provide individualized nursing care

Comfortable working independently in home and/or school environments
