Job Description We are seeking a Technical Lead to join our Real Estate Capital Originations Technology team supporting KeyBank's Commercial Real Estate lending business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET/C#, REST API design, SQL, enterprise integrations, CI/CD, cloud/SaaS architectures and a proven ability to lead solution architecture, guide engineering teams, and deliver secure, scalable platforms that improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities: * Lead technical strategy and architecture for REC Originations applications and integrations. * Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions for CRE lending processes. * Define architecture standards, integration patterns, and engineering best practices. * Evaluate emerging technologies to reduce technical debt and enhance efficiency. * Drive modernization and transformation initiatives across SaaS and cloud platforms. * Lead development, enhancement, implementation, and support within the REC ecosystem. * Translate business requirements into technical solutions with product owners and stakeholders. * Review and approve designs, code, deployment plans, and implementation strategies. * Establish coding standards, testing strategies, CI/CD practices, and security requirements. * Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support. * Serve as SME for Moody's CreditLens and supporting REC applications. * Support integrations with internal lending, workflow, document, and data platforms. * Enable deal intake, underwriting, spreading, approvals, covenant tracking, and portfolio management solutions. * Mentor developers and foster continuous learning and engineering excellence. * Conduct code reviews and guide project teams through complex technical issues. * Establish performance, availability, resiliency, and monitoring standards. * Promote Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience. * 8+ years in application development, systems integration, or software engineering. * 3+ years in technical leadership of teams or large-scale initiatives. * Enterprise application design and support in complex environments. * .NET/C#, REST APIs, and service-oriented architectures. * SQL and relational databases, integrations, and middleware technologies. * CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Git, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or similar. * Cloud and SaaS application architectures. * Strong SDLC knowledge and Agile method
