This job was posted by https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov : For more information, please see: https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov/jobs/13810820 esponsibilities and Duties Duties include but are not limited to: - Supporting accreditation readiness by monitoring compliance and maintaining required documentation. - Partnering with teams across the organization to coordinate strategic initiatives and special projects. - Coordinating quality audits, chart reviews, and program evaluations. - Providing guidance and technical assistance to staff on quality improvement practices and tools. - Lead the continuous quality improvement Safety Committee meetings, maintain required documentation, and track follow-up action. **Days per week:**Monday - Friday **Shift:**1st Shift
