General Superintendent

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee multiple electrical construction projects in the Jacksonville market. This leader will be responsible for labor tracking, project planning, communication, Bluebeam takeoffs, and overall field execution.

Project Scope

• Supports projects that may include an Amazon warehouse, hospital, and data center
• Typically oversees no more than three projects at once
• May focus on one project when the size or complexity requires dedicated oversight
• Projects are currently primarily within the planning cycle
• Supports takeoffs, planning, labor management, communication, and overall field operations

Skills and Requirements

• Florida electrical license
• Strong electrical construction background
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Labor and manpower tracking experience
• Experience supporting project planning and field execution
• Ability to perform or support takeoffs in Bluebeam
• Experience overseeing Superintendents, Foremen, and electrical field teams
• Must pass required background screening
