Full job description

This position is for Maintenance with a company in Pass Christian, MS. Summary: Maintenance worker responsible for all household repairs. This includes but is not limited to electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, turning vacant apartments, etc. Qualifications: At least 21. High School Diploma or GED. Drivers license and access to valid transportation to work across the property. Submit to screening as required by employer. Benefits: We offer $14.00 or more hourly depending on experience. We offer 401K, full coverage medical, dental, and vison insurance, and two weeks paid vacation yearly.
